How much does ListHook cost?
$99 a month holds your neighborhood and starts the mail. You also pay $1.50–$2.50 per postcard we send, and a 15% success fee — $1,500 minimum — only when you close a home we mailed.
Is my neighborhood exclusive to me?
Yes. One agent per neighborhood. While you hold the reservation, no other ListHook agent can mail the owners in it.
Do I pay a commission split or referral fee?
No split and no referral fee. You keep your commission except a 15% success fee at closing, and only on a home ListHook mailed for you — well under the 25% referral norm.
What is the success fee?
15% of your gross listing commission is standard — as low as 12% when you mail the whole neighborhood, up to 20% on a tighter budget cadence — with a $1,500 minimum. Paid only at closing, and only on a home that was on the list we mailed for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract. Cancel whenever you want, and your neighborhood reopens for another agent.
