Who you’d be dealing with.
Your name lands in every mailbox in your neighborhood, every month, and the owners who answer come straight to you. We watch the neighborhood for the real reasons someone might be next — a sale down the street, nineteen years in the house — and sharpen what they get.

ListHook is signing five founding agents — one neighborhood each, run concierge. Grant pulls the numbers, runs the call, and is who you reach afterward.
Twenty-five years watching tech take a bigger bite.
I spent twenty-five years in real estate technology. It started out helping agents, and then the trend reversed — tool after tool taking a bigger bite of the commission, and none of it ever seemed fair.
What bothered me more was watching agents pour money into digital advertising and struggle to point at what came back, then chase the next shiny thing because keeping up felt mandatory. Agents do not have time to waste. Watching them spend it on blind alleys is what annoyed me into building something.
So ListHook is deliberately unglamorous: simple print, production entirely hands off, the same message going out under your name every month, and one agent per neighborhood. The point is to get off the feast-or-famine cycle and out of the panic of not having a listing.

We don’t have one yet, and we won’t fake one.
If you ask whether anyone has closed a listing through ListHook, the honest answer today is no. We’re signing founding agents now. There are no testimonials on this site, no case studies, and no counters, because we haven’t earned any of them.
When a founding agent has a result, it ships with the denominator under it — how many homes, how many months, how much spend — or it doesn’t ship. That rule costs us the easiest marketing in the category, and it is the reason to believe the rest of this site.
One agent per neighborhood. That’s it.
Two agents mailing the same streets split the recognition and neither wins, so a neighborhood goes to one agent and stays there. It also means we turn business away: if the numbers on a neighborhood don’t work, we say so before you pay for a year of it. We’d rather not sell a farm than sell a dud.
